According to NDTV, the boy named Medansh Raikwar, won first prize in a draw organised at Shri Sarkar Dham in Abhapuri with the SUV valued at around ₹50 lakh.The coupon was bought almost a year before the result when Medansh’s grandmother, Kiran Raikwar, attended a Garba event at Abhapuri Dham and bought the ₹200 coupon there and wrote her grandson’s name on it. She had no idea that such a small amount would one day bring her family such a big surprise.
The family had been planning to buy a car for a long time
The win also arrived at a good time as the family had been hoping to buy a car for two years. So when Medansh’s name was announced as the winner in 2026, they were overjoyed.
