रविवार दि. 27 सप्टेंबर रोजी जामखेडमध्ये पार पडलेल्या दिमाखदार सोहळ्यात 2026-27 ची नवीन टीम कार्यरत झाली. अध्यक्षपदी डॉ. सादेक पठाण तर सेक्रेटरी म्हणून अरुण उगले यांची निवड झाली.
या वेळी प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून DGE क्षितिज झावरे आणि AG हरीष नय्यर यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.
*आणि याच कार्यक्रमात एक खास क्षण ठरला -*
जामखेडची लेक, अहिल्यानगर जिल्ह्यातील पहिली महिला ग्लुकोमा सर्जन *डॉ. मिसबाह शेख* यांचा रोटरी परिवाराने सन्मान केला. डॉ. मिसबाह या नूतन अध्यक्ष डॉ. सादेक पठाण यांची भाची असून डॉ. फारुख आझम यांच्या कन्या आहेत.
नवीन टीममध्ये विकास पवळ, प्रफुल सोळंकी, डॉ. प्रशांत गायकवाड, प्रा. संभाजी मुळे, डॉ. सुशिल पन्हाळकर, डॉ. विद्या तोडे यांच्यासह अनेक अनुभवी चेहऱ्यांचा समावेश आहे.
शहरातील डॉक्टर, व्यापारी, शिक्षक, अधिकारी आणि महिला मोठ्या संख्येने या सोहळ्याला उपस्थित होत्या.
