UP man goes viral for using mobile phone box as tiffin – internet calls it real unboxing!

Forget fancy lunch boxes. One man from Uttar Pradesh apparently decided that if you don’t have a tiffin, you simply have to work with whatever is lying around. And in his case, that happened to be a mobile phone box.A video making the rounds on Instagram shows the man carrying homemade sabzi in an old phone box after finding himself without a proper container for his lunch. It sounds odd, but the moment his friends saw it, they couldn’t keep a straight face.Instagram user Anand Raj shared the clip, which begins with the camera pointed at his friend.“You guys need to see what brother here bought food in,” the person filming says. “He didn’t have a tiffin, so he decided to bring his food in a mobile phone box.”Then comes the reveal. The man opens the box, and there it is – a phone box packed almost to the top with sabzi. His friends immediately burst out laughing. To be fair, it’s hard not to. A box that was once meant to hold a smartphone had suddenly been promoted to lunch-duty.But there’s also something very familiar about the whole situation. When you need a quick solution, you don’t always wait for the perfect one. You just use what’s available. And apparently, this man had no intention of letting the absence of a tiffin stop him from bringing his food from home.

The internet had jokes ready

Once the video reached social media, people wasted no time adding their own punchlines. One user joked that the clip finally explained why people selling phones on OLX sometimes proudly mention “No Box” in their listings.Another basically summed up the situation as people getting smarter with time. Then came a comparison that had commenters laughing about the difference between traditional girls’ tiffin boxes and the rather creative “boys’ tiffin boxes.”And honestly, the phone box does have one advantage: everyone knows exactly what used to be inside it.

A phone box gets a new job

There isn’t really a big lesson hiding behind this viral clip. It’s just one of those everyday moments that becomes funny because of how unexpectedly practical it is.No tiffin? Use a phone box.Problem solved.Whether the box was actually meant to be reused for food is another question altogether, but judging by the reactions of his friends, the improvised lunch carrier was definitely the highlight of their day.Sometimes, the internet doesn’t need a celebrity or a major event to have something to talk about.Sometimes, all it takes is a box full of sabzi.
